At Memory Lane we are all about creating experiences for everyone.
Liz is a qualified teacher of Dru yoga, and comes regularly to Memory Lane. Her yoga incorporates posture, breathing control, meditation, and the benefits are amazing to our clients. It helps to relieve stress, makes a connection with mind and body. It also supports physical well-being and helps to balance emotions.
Where words may sometimes fail music speaks. Music and singing are good for the soul, mind, and it’s always a part of our day at Memory Lane. We see the positive impact it has on our clients. It’s a form of magic. Please meet David, Memory Lane’s very own Sir Cliff. David is a wonderful man, with an amazing voice, who loves to sing. He regularly bursts into song and delights us with his talents.
Our monthly Memory Cafe always provides the opportunity for light hearted chat and entertainment. Emma is one of our regular entertainers. With her amazing voice she really engages and delights everyone. With her variety of songs there is sure to be a favourite.
Goodbye summer, hello autumn. We’ve been busy making our autumn display, we mixed paint to make the wonderful colours of autumn. This is therapeutic, engaging, gives a sense of achievement, as well as a good opportunity to socialise together.
We had another visit from M&S Archive. This sparks discussion and evokes memories. We all enjoyed a trip down memory lane, looking at the clothing and trying on some of the items.
